IPEC was selected among the food equipments companies to design and supply the restaurant and cafeteria of the University opening in Sarafand South Lebanon: Phoenicia.
The Cafteria was furnished with Stainless Steel buffet kitchen appliances to serve a student menu of sandwiches, fast food, plat du jour, salads and deserts.
The used restaurant equipments consisted of customized Stainless steel tables and counters, hotline of two American fryers and Griddle, exhaust hood, Coffee machine, juice dispensers, along with stainless fridges and freezers.
The back door kitchen was designed for preparation, with a Pizza oven, vegetable and dishwash sinks along with all the meat mincers and vegetable cutters.
