IPEC designs and furnishes Murex-B, the restaurant, pastry and bakery in byblos Lebanon. The space division was conceived to accommodate bakery equipment and pastry equipment in the factory area like dough sheeters, Industrial bread ovens, Dough mixers, Stainless fridges and freezers. Many kinds of supermarket equipment were placed in the showroom space among which meat refrigerators, slicers, sinks, Lebanese sweet counters and ice cream freezers.

A complete industrial kitchen was designed in the lower floors to serve an a la carte and plat du jour menu served in the restaurant area and through delivery.
