IPEC designs and supplies the new fish and sea food catering outlet: la cuisine du poisson.
The restaurant is located in the Tabarja main square neighboring hotels and sea resorts.
Display fish fridges were customized for the fresh client selection, placed adjacent to the weighing area.
A food preparation and cooking kitchen has been also installed to cater grilled , fried sea food and oriental fish mezza. On the menu of restaurant appliances were vegetable refrigerators, freezers, stainless barbecue, food processors, fish knives & tools along with exhaust hoods,stainless sinks and a fish oven.
