“Break Time” Centre Debs Kaslik. Equipped by IPEC.

IPEC designs and equips the new cold sandwiches and plat du jour restaurant “Break Time” in Kaslik Lebanon.

The project consisted of two floors. In the first floor was placed a display fridge, display warmers and coolers for sandwiches and salads, a bain marie, a sandwich salamander, a hand wash sink and a preparation table.

The second floor contained a 4 trays convection oven and a vegetable and dish wash sink.
