ALLA France has arrived at IPEC. A selected range of thermometers, thermo-hygrometers, replacement probes and pH instruments is now available from our stock in Lebanon. The arrival brings 14 references to the webshop, giving restaurant teams, hotels, caterers and food producers more options for their everyday measurements.
We have also added ALLA France to the brands represented by IPEC. Each new product page includes its own photograph, manufacturer reference, description and technical-document link, so you can compare the instruments before requesting a quotation.
Temperature checks, from the preparation bench to the fryer
The right thermometer depends on where you need to measure. A probe takes a reading inside a suitable sample; an infrared instrument reads a surface. This arrival includes both, alongside features that make readings easier to capture during a busy service.
The 91000-037/CC-VA combines a detachable black thermistor probe with an alarm, minimum/maximum memory and Data Hold. Its 165 mm probe connects through a DIN plug, and the instrument comes with a protective cover, case and guaranteed accuracy certificate.
For a compact option, the stainless steel 91000-062/CC-CA has a folding probe and rotating display. The 91000-058 pairs a 125 mm stainless steel probe with Data Hold and IP65 protection. For frying applications, the 91000-056/F provides a longer 300 mm probe and a clip for fastening it to the vessel.
The 92000-010-CA infrared thermometer measures surfaces from -50 to +530°C, with laser targeting, a backlit display and a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio. Use a suitable penetration probe when you need a core reading; the infrared model is for surfaces.
Keep temperature and humidity in view
Ambient conditions are another part of the picture in storage and preparation areas. The 91000-006 and 91000-027 display temperature and indoor humidity together. Both include a wired sensor with a 2 m cable for indoor or outdoor temperature readings.
The 91000-006 offers a compact dual display with a stand, magnet and wall mounting hole. The 91000-027 adds a jumbo screen and a freezing alert. Both are listed in the existing Environmental subcategory of our Measuring Devices range.
Four colours of replacement probe
Blue, yellow, orange and red replacement probes are available for the ALLA France 91000-037 thermometer family. Each thermistor probe is 165 mm long, has a 3.5 mm diameter and uses a DIN connection.
Colour identification helps teams assign probes to separate food-handling tasks. The assignments should follow your own kitchen procedures. These references are probe accessories supplied separately from the thermometer, so check compatibility when choosing a replacement.
pH and water-quality measurements
The arrival also includes three instruments in our existing pH & Density subcategory. The 91900-001-CA combines five measurements in one handheld tester: pH, total dissolved solids, conductivity, salinity and temperature. It includes automatic temperature compensation and an interchangeable electrode.
The 92100-004-CO is a pocket pH meter with a 0–14 pH range and screw adjustment for calibration. The 92100-012 uses a piercing glass electrode, a BNC connection and a Hold function for measurements in suitable samples. It comes in a case with pH buffers, electrode preservation solution and a screwdriver.
Choose the electrode and measuring method for the sample being tested, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for calibration, cleaning and storage. The linked product documentation sets out the relevant specifications and procedures.
