The stainless cooking equipment placed in the first floor consisted of a Counter top refrigerator, industrial fryer, double burner Wok and an exhaust hood.
The preparation kitchen in the second floor was made up of storage shelves, vegetable and dishwash sinks ,the restaurant upright freezers and fridges, meat mincers and slicers along with vegetable cutters.
