IPEC has skilfully achieved the design and installation of the stainless kitchen for Villa Hobeika located in the area of Ajaltoun, Lebanon.

This fully industrial kitchen has been placed in a domestic context to serve private occasions. Meat, fish and chicken equipment were on the list of the project items: Casta Italy Smooth and Charcoal griddle, Bain Marie and Chinese cooker.

Stainless Steel 304 kitchen elements were fabricated by IPEC to be placed in a customized fashion: wall cabinets with sliding doors, industrial work tables, vegetable and dish-wash sink basins in addition to the rectangular type exhaust hood.

Italian upright industrial fridge and freezer were located besides the stainless cabinets and facing the cooking section.

The convection four trays oven along with the restaurant type dishwashers were installed in the opposite side.
