IPEC was selected amongst the bakery and pastry equipment suppliers to design and furnish the bakery and pastry located in Sodeco Aschrafieh : Furn w Fekhar.

On the list of equipment was a Lebanese Mankoushi traditional oven, Dough sheeter, table stainless fridge, chest freezer, stainless sink and a back bar fridge.

Pastry supplies were installed in another compartment serving as a preparation section.
