Saida Resthouse contracted by IPEC

The traditional Saida resthouse reopens after many years of closing. IPEC had the delicate task of equipping the kitchen and designing it to fit an updated menu, while preserving workflow and energy efficiency.

The traditional restaurant is an old family residence benefiting from a dramatic view of the mediterranean.

The menu comprises lebanese mezza, fish, plat du jour, lebanese sweets and many other delicacies.

The bread is home made, and a complete butchery has been created in the preparation area to serve the freshest barbecues.

A bar and coffee section has been smartly placed adjacent to the kids playing area.

On the list of equipments was a cold room, a freezer room, table top refrigerators, fryers, stainles shelves, sinks, bread ovens, pizza ovens..
