IPEC has been to chosen to equip the new Pizza lounge in Broumana area: Drooleys.

The concept consists of a Pizza serving area in addition to an indoor bar and an outdoor seated zone.

The Pizza making equipment consisted of a Middleby Marshal conveyor gas oven, a pizza condiment fridge, Pizza dough sheeter and dough mixer.

The bar area included an undercounter bottle cooler, a stainless cocktail station and an ice maker, in addition to the small tools consisiting of the cocktail blender, juicer and ice crusher.

Among the tools present in the preparation kitchen was a lebfrost upright meat fridge and another vegetable cooler. The hotline encompassed two Vulcan fryers and an industrial salamander.
