Manual temperature logs fail in the same two ways everywhere: nobody walks the fridges at 3 a.m., and the sheet gets filled in from memory at the end of the shift. Wireless monitoring removes both problems. A gateway sits on your network, a battery-powered sensor watches each fridge, freezer and dry store (in a freezer only its probe goes inside), and the readings arrive on your phone continuously.

The Thermo'Connect system logs temperature and humidity automatically, alerts you when a cabinet drifts out of its limits, and keeps the history you need for a HACCP audit. For a Lebanese kitchen on generator changeover it also tells you which cabinet recovered and which did not, which is the difference between a stocktake and a write-off.
