  • Burger press, reversible griddle/grill, cast-iron baking plate for flatbreads & tapas

  • Pizza peel, oven mitts, baking paper for safe hot handling

  • Jiggers: Stainless dual-ended measures for accurate pours and speed rounds.

  • Shakers: Boston shaker tins + ECO line shakers (multiple volumes) for classic builds and hard shakes.

  • Muddlers: Stainless muddlers (with/without teeth) for herbs and fruit.

  • Rimmers & Condiment Rails: Salt/sugar glass rimmer; 3–6 bin garnish holders

  • Free-Flow Pourers: Stainless/plastic pourers for consistent counts and speed service.

Knives & prep tools

  • FISCHER professional knives and steels, plus manual and electric sharpeners for a constant edge (line & butchery kits)

Food safety & checks

  • STIL instruments for day-to-day control: instant-read and probe/oven thermometers, humidity/temperature meters—making HACCP routines quick and auditable
