IPEC contracts the design and equipment furnishing of the Food and Pastry Catering company located in Adma Area Lebanon: Quatre Epingles.

The project is composed of a food and pastry showroom designed to fit a seated area, food display area, pastry display section as well as a beverage refrigeration corner.

In addition to that, a pastry workshop was created with its necessary tools: Pastry Sheeter, Pastry worktop fridge, Spiral mixer, freezers and Piron 5 trays Gas combi Oven.

The main Kitchen was designed separately to fit a hotline, a vegetable wash area, a dishwash area as well as meat and fish preparation areas.
