About Scaritech
Scaritech is a French maker of bakery and pastry tools, founded in 1989 and part of La Brigade de Buyer. In 1990 it created the Grignette®, a bread lame that replaced the bare razor blade for scoring dough. Its range covers bread lames, the Griffe® multi-blade scoring tool, dough scrapers, wool shaping mats, dough tubs and proofing baskets. IPEC represents Scaritech in Lebanon, with a first selection listed in our webshop. Our team helps bakeries, pastry shops and home bakers choose the right tools.
