Digital Frying Thermometer with 300 mm Probe, IP65

Monitor frying temperatures with a 300 mm stainless steel piercing probe and a clip for fastening to the vessel. The measuring range is -50 to +250°C with 0.1° increments. Minimum and maximum memory helps track temperature changes. Accuracy is ±1°C between 0 and +100°C and ±2°C outside that interval; the housing is rated IP65.
