Product Description
Industrial floor-standing meat mincer from the PSV DRC range, built in France, for butcheries and meat processing. Enterprise 42 cutting system supplied with a 5 mm plate and LICOSWISS knives, 7 HP (5.5 kW) three-phase 380 V motor. All-stainless-steel case, large-volume tray, dismountable cutting body, reverse by push button, and an external cutting body for working over a bowl or mixer. Four wheels, the two front ones with brakes. Export version supplied without the safety cover.
