The 400 kg bin is for operations where ice is a raw material rather than a garnish: banqueting kitchens, fish markets, central production units and any site that has to survive a long power interruption with its cold chain intact.
Construction matches the smaller ST bins — stainless steel shell, high density polyurethane insulation, food-safe polyethylene tank with rounded internal corners. The difference is the reserve.
