Product Description
Refrigerated meat mincer from the PSV DRC range, built in France, with an Enterprise 22 cutting system supplied with a 3 mm plate. The refrigerated body keeps meat cold while mincing. Compact modern design, fully rounded tray for easy cleaning, one-piece brushed case, IP67 waterproof stainless-steel control panel and injected moulded insulation foam. This version runs on a single-phase 230 V motor; the same machine is also available in 380 V three-phase (CR22T).
