Kitchen Equipment for NGOs & Humanitarian Programmes in Lebanon
IPEC supplies kitchen equipment to UN agencies, international NGOs and Lebanese associations: community kitchens that cook hundreds of hot meals a day, school and shelter kitchens, and the ovens, mixers and fridges that livelihood programmes grant to small food businesses. We price your bill of quantities line by line, deliver and install anywhere in Lebanon, and keep servicing the equipment after the programme hands it over.

One Supplier from RFQ to Handover
Humanitarian kitchens are funded, tendered and opened on tight deadlines. IPEC has equipped professional kitchens in Lebanon since 1980: we quote from stock, deliver stocked items within 7 days of the purchase order, install and test every unit with our own technicians, and keep spare parts in Zouk Mosbeh so the kitchen keeps cooking after the programme ends.
How to buy
From RFQ to a Working Kitchen
We work the way your procurement unit works: competitive offers, written specifications, and documents that hold up in an audit.
Send the RFQ, ITB or BoQ
Email it to [email protected] or send it on WhatsApp. Tell us the deadline, the delivery sites and how the offer must be submitted: sealed envelope, e-tendering portal or email.
A priced offer, line by line
Each line of the bill of quantities gets a matching model, its datasheet and its warranty. Where a closer match or a lower-cost alternative exists, we say so on that line. Prices in USD, delivered duty paid (DDP) when the tender asks for it.
Delivery and installation
Stocked items are delivered within 7 days of the purchase order. Our technicians connect gas, power and water, test every unit with your team and sign the delivery note on site.
Warranty and after-sales
The warranty starts at handover. Repairs and spare parts are handled from our base in Zouk Mosbeh, during the warranty and after it.

What we equip
Programmes We Equip
The humanitarian kitchens we supply most often in Lebanon. Every list is adjusted to the meals per day, the menu and the utilities on site.

School and shelter kitchens
Smaller, safe and easy to clean: a 4- or 6-burner range with oven, a fridge and a freezer, work tables, a hand-wash basin and gastronorm pans for serving.
Livelihood and in-kind grants
Starter equipment for small food businesses run by grant recipients: manakish ovens, dough mixers, fryers, griddles, fridges and work tables, delivered to each business.
Health and care facilities
Kitchens in clinics, rehabilitation centres and care homes, with HACCP tools, temperature monitoring and hands-free hand-wash basins.
Food banks and distribution points
Chest freezers, upright fridges, platform scales, shelving and trolleys to receive, store and hand out food safely.
Emergency openings
When a kitchen has to open fast, we quote from stock and deliver in phases, starting with what the kitchen needs on the first day.
