Product Description
Round fluted tart and quiche mould with a loose base: push the base up to release the tart with clean edges. Made in France by Gobel from 5/10 mm steel with an exceptionally thick tin coating, the traditional pastry-chef material: it heats quickly and spreads heat evenly for golden, regular bakes. Grease before use; wash by hand and dry straight away.
