Product Description
Plain round sponge-cake (manqué) mould with rolled rim, sized for family cakes, genoise and layered desserts. Made in France by Gobel from 5/10 mm steel with an exceptionally thick tin coating, the traditional pastry-chef material: it heats quickly and spreads heat evenly for golden, regular bakes. Grease before use; wash by hand and dry straight away.
