Product Description
Modular high-power 8 kW gas fryer with a 10-litre tank for fresh or frozen fries, doughnuts and fish. Piezo ignition of the pilot flame through 2 front push knobs, multi-use basket holder with waste filter, and a one-piece slightly tilted tank that drains completely through a stainless-steel tap with safety system. Thermostatic control to 180°C, 2 high-power burners, adjustable feet and stainless-steel lid. Supplied for LPG with natural-gas injectors. Made in France.
