An undercounter machine is the standard answer for a bar, a café or a restaurant washing glassware and plates in a fixed corner of the service area. This one takes the full 500 x 500 mm rack, which is the size most Lebanese kitchens already own, so existing baskets carry over.
Four cycles cover the range of work: 90 seconds for glassware coming back clean, 120 and 180 seconds for plates, and a 9 minute cycle for pans and anything that has sat. At 40 racks an hour on the short cycle the machine keeps pace with a full dining room, and the 340 mm wash height clears tall glasses and gastronorm inserts.
Control is electronic rather than a mechanical timer, which matters for consistency — the rinse holds its temperature instead of drifting with the tank. IPEC installs the machine, commissions the water and drain connections, sets the detergent and rinse aid dosing, and services it afterwards.
