Is gas allowed in school and shelter kitchens?

It depends on the building and the programme's safety rules. Where gas is not allowed, we replace the range and the stock-pot stove with induction or electric units and check that the electrical supply can carry them.

Does the kitchen keep working during power cuts?

The gas range and the stock-pot stove keep cooking without electricity. The refrigerator, the freezer and the bain-marie need power, so connect them to the generator or the solar backup.

Can we order several kits for different schools?

Yes. We price the kit per unit, then deliver and install each one at its site, with a delivery note per site.
