Electric crepe machine with a Ø 400 mm cast-iron plate for a stable 200-220°C over the whole cooking surface. A spiral 3,000 W heating element cast into the plate heats it evenly with strong thermal inertia, and a double-skin counter-plate prevents heat loss. Up to 60 crepes per hour cooked on both sides, also ideal for galettes, blinis and chapatis. Thermostat 0-300°C, pilot light, wooden spreader included. The cast-iron plate needs seasoning before first use. Made in France.
