HORECA Lebanon runs at Seaside Arena, Beirut, from 10 to 13 November 2026, and IPEC is running a live kitchen on its stand: six shows in four days, cooked on the equipment we supply.

You can watch a chef work with a grill, a mixer or a cast-iron pan, ask your questions, then draw your own kitchen with our team on the same stand. The shows are built for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries and caterers.

Find us in Hall 3, stand A16-B13. Seaside Arena, Beirut, 10–13 November 2026, 3 PM to 9 PM. Trade visitors only, 18+. Reserve your place.

Six live shows in four days

Each day has its own theme, so you can choose the one closest to your business. Each show has 20 places. You can reserve 12 of them online, and the rest are for visitors at the stand.

Tuesday 10 November: café and bar

  • 18:30, Compact hot snacks with Sarah-Joe Geara, on a Roller Grill contact grill with Fischer knives.
  • All day: draw your kitchen with our team.

Wednesday 11 November: restaurant

  • 17:00, Guest chef show. The chef and the dish will be announced soon.
  • 18:30, Prep to presentation in cast iron with Sarah-Joe Geara, using American Chef cookware and serving pans.
  • All day: hands-on with knives and cast iron.

Thursday 12 November: pastry and catering

  • 17:00, Cookies: one dough, three finishes with Christy Hassoun, on a mixer and a compact oven.
  • 18:30, The crêpe station with Sarah-Joe Geara, using a Roller Grill crêpe maker and Louis Tellier tools.
  • All day: build a pastry station.

Friday 13 November: festive closing day

  • 18:30, Closing evening: chef's workshop and aperitif with Sarah-Joe Geara. Live cooking, then an open aperitif until 20:00.
  • All day: set off a test alert on our monitoring system.

How to join us

  1. Register with the organiser and get your e-badge. You need it to enter the show.
  2. Reserve your show on our HORECA page. The team confirms by WhatsApp.
  3. Arrive 10 minutes before the show at Hall 3, stand A16-B13, and scan your badge at the IPEC welcome desk.
