The authentic mountain-restaurant raclette machine in professional quality: a quarter or sixth of a cheese wheel hangs between two vertical heating ramps. At 1000 W it melts fast and continuously, so the cheese is scraped straight onto the plate on demand. The ramps adjust in height to the size of the wheel and move closer as the cheese melts, for even scraping down to the last slice. On/off switch; once cool, the ramps fold down and the cheese holder stows inside, with a carrying hook for compact storage. Hygienic stainless steel and epoxy-coated steel. Made in France.
