Product Description
Flat-based individual brioche mould with 10 ribs for fluted brioches, soft inside and golden outside. Made in France by Gobel from 5/10 mm steel with an exceptionally thick tin coating, the traditional pastry-chef material: it heats quickly and spreads heat evenly for golden, regular bakes. Grease before use; wash by hand and dry straight away.
